My lifestyle

Writing assignment: do I have an active lifestyle?

I would not say I am a particularly active person, but I am not all super relaxed either. I am the kind of person that likes to do stuff (and sometimes I feel like I have to) but I am also a bit lazy and like to chill out.

I try to get out of the house and make something out of my day, and on some days that can mean walking around, looking at stuff and experiencing different things all day. Other days I go for a run or swim or do some kind of sport for a bit, then i just relax in the afternoon. I must admit I am a lazy person, so I have my super-lazy days as well.

In the summer I sometimes struggle to find the motivation to exercise, but there are so many other fun things you can do when you don´t have school or homework. Spending the hole day outside in the sun, going to the beach or the park and hanging out with friends is allways a winner. Some of the best memories I have are from long nights and lazy days in the summer.

In the winter I like going snowboarding and being outside in the snow. Norwegian winters are filled with cold mornings, dark days and metres of snow. I must admit I am tempted to cuddle up and spend the afternoon in front of the fireplace drinking tea and reading a good book. It can be hard to get out of the house, but the handball and snowboard season are both at this time, so I actually have a lot of fun being active with my friends.

As for my lazy days, there are some of those too. But you have to enjoy life, and I really like taking a day off to just wear sweats all day and do exactly as i want. And when I have had one of those days, it feels great to get back to doing things and having fun.

I enjoy my life by balancing a relaxed but not dead lifestyle, and I have fun in all seasons and weather.

introducing myself

Hi, my name is Eva!
This is a blog I am writing for my English class, so after a while I guess it will be filled with different texts I write in school. I'm sure more posts will come!
